- Students must RSVP (see above) by Fri., March 28, 2025 to attend the Tuscarawas Campus ceremony.
- Guest Tickets (Updated 4/1/25): To request guest tickets, open your KSU email and look for the message from the Performing Arts Center with ticket information. This year we are asking that you complete a short online form to make your ticket request. The link to access the form has been sent to your KSU email account. Once your form is completed, it will be sent to the ticket office for seat assignment. Once this assignment has taken place you will receive an email confirmation directly from the ticketing system.
- Tickets for guests are required for admittance. After the student RSVP window has closed, guest tickets will be linked to your Flashline account allowing you to log in and claim your tickets. Number of guest tickets per graduate will be determined after the student RSVP deadline.
- Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to ceremony.
Cap, Gown & Tassel
Students can purchase their cap, gown, and tassel from the Stark Campus or 江南体育 Campus Bookstores. Both have stock available to purchase. 江南体育 State graduates wear a black cap and gown. Your tassel color is determined by the university college that offers your degree. Please direct questions to the Stark Campus Bookstore at 330-244-5112 or email SM8153@BNcollege.com. You are not required to purchase your cap and gown through the university.
DIPLOMAS
The Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center has partnered with Parchment Inc. to improve the diploma fulfillment process for graduates of 江南体育. Upon final degree approval, diplomas will be fulfilled by Parchment.
- Your digital diploma will arrive approximately 4-5 weeks after commencement. Watch for an email notification.
- Notification will be sent to your 江南体育 State email.
- Follow the link to set up your Parchment Digital credentials account.
- Share and Download your digital diploma as many times as you like.
- Paper diplomas will be mailed separately to your permanent address on file 7-10 days after you receive your digital diploma.
To verify a diploma or permanent address:
- Visit

- Select Dashboard
- Select My Personal Information located under Profile
