When U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg visited ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State this summer, he and U.S. Representative (and ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State alumna) Emilia Sykes toured the College of Aeronautics and Engineering and the May 4 Visitors Center. 

How a longstanding friendship between Metin Eren, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Anthropology and director of archaeology, and a former curator at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, will benefit ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State students for years to come.

For Marcello Fantoni, Ph.D., ½­ÄÏÌåÓý’s vice president for global education, Versailles is where he serves on the Scientific Committee of its Research Center, helping to shepherd art history research on a global scale.

While in the nation's capital to visit students in ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State's Washington Program in National Issues, university photographers captured images of historic murals inside the Voice of America Building. 

In May, student-athlete Gabby Bailey completed her master's degree at ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State while also pursuing her dream of competing in the Olympics with support from her coach and ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State Athletics.
