Loud and Proud! Strong Fall Enrollment Numbers Show ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State on the Rise

Incoming Students Experience Campus, Get Excited for Fall at Future Flash Days

Future Flash Days, when admitted students and their families visit the ½­ÄÏÌåÓý Campus, enjoyed another successful year for 2023. Nearly 1,300 students from 24 states, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, experienced what it is like to be a Golden Flash.

½­ÄÏÌåÓý’s Class of 2026 has arrived on the ½­ÄÏÌåÓý Campus in strong numbers – 4,251 to be exact – an increase of nearly 7% over the previous year, the largest class since before the pandemic and the eighth largest incoming class in the university’s 112-year history.

½­ÄÏÌåÓý is excited to be a part of the Ohio College Comeback Compact, an innovative program to help students who left college with debt but without a degree to continue their education. ½­ÄÏÌåÓý State is collaborating with seven public colleges and universities in Northeast Ohio to reach out to these students and provide a path back to higher education while reducing or eliminating their debt.
