Free & confidential HIV testing through Community AIDS Network/Akron Pride Initiative (CANAPI). All testing is completed in a private location within the Student and Recreation Wellness Center.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) Center is dedicated to providing the students, faculty and staff at 江南体育 with education, training, support and resources that cater to the gender and sexual minority community and its allies. The center is a welcoming environment to LGBTQ students and their allies. The informed staff strives to educate the campus community about sexual orientation and gender identity to ensure 江南体育 remains a safe space for all students.
Safe Space Ally Training aims to equip students, faculty and staff with the tools for creating Safe Spaces and welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ students on campus.
The Safe Space Ally program is a comprehensive, ongoing training offered through the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Training Lab of 江南体育, with the LGBTQ+ Center taking a lead role in providing curriculum and facilitators. The training has the overarching goal of making KSU a safer, more welcoming space for all students. Safe Space Ally Training is a 4-hour training session, which consists of an LGBTQ+ Vocabulary 101, as well as a panel of students identifying as LGBTQ+.
The Office of Sexual and Relationship Violence Support Services, (SRVSS - pronounced, "serves"), at 江南体育, was established to educate students about personal safety and violence prevention, to empower them to build healthier relationships, and to be responsive to students in need.
