Coordinated by the �������� State Women’s Center, the G.E.A.R. Awards strengthen and connect our community by highlighting gender equity and telling the stories of our students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends. Just like one gear turns another, on and on, the impact of one person working toward a more equitable environment inspires a ripple of change.
